Plot Summary: Elderly husband and wife Shōzō and Ine Saitō live a quiet life in Aomori harvesting apples. One day, they wake up and find their physical age restored to their 20s.
First Thoughts: OK, in the first few minutes, I can say that this was pretty sweet. The two have no idea how and why they are now their younger selves and they have mentioned that they didn’t get a honeymoon and with that, they get to again and well, do the wild thing like they used to. If it would’ve ended in that, it gets a higher mark.
However…. when they introduced their younger selves to their family members, that’s when everything positive about this stop. Like the granddaughter sees her granddad in his present state and she gets so turned on by him, it’s creepy, Like THAT’S YOUR GRANDFATHER, GIRL!! Why are you thinking that way towards him? Is this going to turn into some horror incest switch-up in the middle of this, because it sounds like it. The jokes are repetitive, the animation isn’t doing the show any favors of how jerky it is and this could’ve been sincere and all but this just screams THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING? Or WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING!?
