Plot Summary: A young priestess has formed her first adventuring party, but almost immediately they find themselves in distress. It’s the Goblin Slayer who comes to their rescue–a man who’s dedicated his life to the extermination of all goblins, by any means necessary. And when rumors of his feats begin to circulate, there’s no telling who might come calling next.

First Thoughts: This is going to be all sugar and rainbows from the first image we see in this episode of….this girl practically crying not to get killed and then flashback to the dead me–I mean, adventuring party she’s with and let’s be honest, they were dead meat the moment they were on-screen and they find ways to make their deaths brutal as fuck from being eaten and beaten and rape…..yes, there is rape involved and oh god, this is mostly lame. Just flat out lame as shit because I know it’s trying to shock and awe me with this shit and while I totally get people will drop this shit after this and I don’t blame you for that but this is another Akame ga Kill (by the way, WHITE FOX, who animated that show, did this one too!) situation to me.  Main character travels with other adventurers that get killed in brutal ways and meets their savior, who is all bad-ass and killing goblins and meets some other people while being rescued and I bet they might die in some horrific way, too. Although unlike that show, the tone is consistent as you get nothing but edge and death (even if some of the action was OK.)

Yeah, you can tell this predictable shit from the get-go and yet I still want to see how they will fuck it up.

This is definitely not a continue but I’m giving this a 3 EPISODES.

I’m MAK2.0 aka The Blue Hybrid and those that wanted isekai like this…..well, this is your fault.
