OK, apparently I thought this was supposed to air during the Spring edition, but I guess they are giving us a little taste before they roll it out come April….that and they might as well considering one other TITANIC show may take all the attention that season.
Also, I haven’t post shit here in a week. (By the way, been busy writing up my latest story. Should be up late January/early February the latest).

Plot Summary: This is a world of the skies, where many islands drift in the sky. A boy named Gran and a talking winged lizard named Vyrn lived in Zinkenstill, an island which yields mysteries. One day, they come across a girl named Lyria. Lyria had escaped from the Erste Empire, a military government that is trying to rule over this world using powerful military prowess. In order to escape from the Empire, Gran and Lyria head out into the vast skies, holding the letter Gran’s father left behind – which said, “I will be waiting at Estalucia, Island of Stars”.
First Thoughts: Honestly……this looks alright. It’s not anything wholly game-changing in terms of it being based from a video game and it is a fantasy anime and those can be hit or miss with me a lot of times; i.e. Good being Re:Zero and Bad being Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash. It’s the basic tale of this guy who runs into this girl, who may or may not being some magical being and her partner and they are running from this empire that wants to use them for themselves. Of course, he’s going to try and fight for them and he does fuck up but actually, no, he actually survives. Yeah, if this is a preview of what’s to come in Spring……Hell, I’m cool with it. It’s actually competent enough to tell a cohesive story with serviceable and likable characters. Also, I’ll get this out of the way….Lyria and Katalina are my favorites so far and for Gran……well, he’s not bad but he’s just so ‘meh’ to me but not like a Kirito or a…..well, anyone from Grimgar but this is fine.
CONTINUE……once the show actually premieres in Spring. And now to go back and finish that story….and finding what to review for this month.
I’m MAK2.0 aka The Blue Hybrid and is A-1 actually improving this year?
