A hero whose only problem is that he is too overpowered and he believes being that is boring.
Wow, he’s saying what most people have been said about recent anime with overpowered protagonists.
I like this guy.

Plot Summary: One-Punch Man is a super hero who has trained so hard that his hair has fallen out, and who can overcome any enemy with one punch. However, because he is so strong, he has become bored and frustrated with winning all his battles so easily
First Thoughts: Right out of the bat in here, this shows a lot of promise and it delivered wonderfully with introducing us to Saitama. I like the fact when they show that sometimes being the strongest can get boring quickly and will easily backfire on you. Hell, that one hundred-feet monster learned that the hard way (not spoiling anything but yeah…) and in those fights while he defeats them easily, it’s actually fun to watch and I can laugh whenever he gets frustrated because he wants a challenge. He wants somebody equal to him to fight with and I don’t blame him. The animation quality is excellent and as expected from somebody like Madhouse, whom made great shows this year like Death Parade and My love story.
“But what about Overlo—“ SHUT UP!
Anyway, OPM easily could be one of my favorites this year and the first episode solidifies it. It might even be…higher rated than Gangsta. (Hell, it has to end on a good note then it’ll be better than Gangsta.)
STRAIGHT UP CONTINUE WEEKLY because this show is glorious!!!
As usual, I’m MAK2.0 aka The Blue Hybrid and damn, that kid got balls for a chin!!
