Hmmm, I almost got to check out the obligatory noitanimA anime of the season. Yeah, despite me giving Punchline some bullshit, I’m still interested in the now single-anime programming block.
Hmmmm? This show is directed by the same guy that did Assassination Classroom and also the studio from said anime animated this?
Guy also directed Persona 4 the Animation & Yuki Yuna is a Hero, both which are good shows.
Yeah, sign me up for this.
The name of the game is Ranpo Kitan – Game of Laplace.

Plot Summary: The story takes place at a certain middle school where several murder cases take place. Kobayashi, a boy who goes to this school, meets genius detective Akechi, who comes to the school to investigate. Kobayashi takes an interest in Akechi and, in spite of his friend Hashiba’s worries, he volunteers to be Akechi’s assistant.
First Thoughts: The show has many things that kept the viewer intrigued whether it be its Sherlock Holmes-style mystery aesthetic to getting into the characters of Kobayashi and Akechi, especially with the former as it does seem like there is more to him as the episode plays on. While there is little to no action in this, it really doesn’t need it as you become more focused into the plot of who killed their teacher and to clear Kobayashi’s name. This does make a good first impression and I want to see more of this.
I wish I watched it earlier but hey, better late than never.
I would CONTINUE on a Medium Priority.
It’s worth a shot if you like mysteries.
Now with that said, I’m MAK2.0 aka The Blue Hybrid, and I got to solve the mystery of WHO ATE MY HOT WINGS!?
